Client summary

Founded in 1993, Out of Eden are a well established B2B hospitality supplier based in Cumbria. Although the business is trade focused, a significant proportion of business is conducted online and at Scale Beyond, we were able to use our significant experience in online B2B sales to leverage improvements.

The business originally enlisted Scale Beyond for a full visual redesign of the site (which was then implemented by a third party Shopify development agency) before moving on to a redesign of the core email flows, originally for a proprietary email platform before Out of Eden transitioned to Klaviyo.

Finally, Out of Eden also subscribed to our ongoing CRO split testing programme where we were able to drive some very significant gains within a relatively short time period.
