Hayloft Plants

Hayloft Plants is a UK-based, family-run mail-order company known for supplying a wide variety of plants, established in 1993.

Hayloft initially came onboard as a group agency client when migrating to Magento 2 from a previous bespoke platform, and we completed a new UX redesign as part of that process in order to moderise the look and feel of the site and maximise ecommerce performance.

Further UX design refreshes then took place around 2 years later to continue to further push performance and keep the site current. Hayloft also joined our expert split testing management programme and achieved some great results which were then able to be implemented on the site.

• 5% increase in add to basket clicks and 7% increase in overall conversion from improvements to review display in header USP bar
• 4% increase in add to basket clicks and 3% increase in overall conversion from product page gallery redesign
• 8% increase in conversion and 24% increase in revenue per visitor from adding cross category navigation roundels
