Client summary
Launched in 2003, YES is an intimate health and well-being brand that has experienced rapid growth in recent years, with millions of units now sold worldwide.
We originally completed some UX design work for the brand (which was then implemented on Shopify by our sister agency Smartebusiness Development) before YES commenced on our ongoing split testing management programme, where we were able to achieve some significant improvements thanks to our extensive knowledge of ecommerce user behaviour and testing, working across both their UK site and their separate US site.
